Communities in Schools of North Central Washington (CISNCW) faced a $500,000 problem. The organization's core model was at risk: school site coordinators that support students facing non-academic barriers to success. As grants tapered off and districts pulled back, that model began to fray. The funds existed within district budgets, but they were fragmented, opaque, and underutilized.
In July 2025, CISNCW selected Eddi to identify and activate funding already residing within district budgets. What began as a conversation about funding visibility quickly became a fundamental shift in revenue strategy. Eddi brought together data, grant applications, and sustainability strategies in one place, giving the team clarity and evidence to lead conversations with confidence.
Working with Eddi has allowed us to become more competent and proficient in our reporting and grant writing. It has strengthened our ability to make informed decisions, improve efficiency, and stay at the forefront of innovation in our field.
